The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Mr. Rosen Plevneliev is going to attend the groundbreaking ceremony, scheduled for today, of the second-class country road Dobrich – General Toshevo – Kardam – border of Republic of Romania.

The reconstruction of the road section (15.839 km) is going to be part of the first phase of the National Operational Programme “Regional Development” 2007-2013. The construction/installation costs will be BGN 5,084,452, co-financed by the European Fund for Regional Development in the amount of BGN 4,321,784.

The Assignee “Patno Stroitelstvo” AD Dobrich should finish the project in a 3.5-month period. It is expected that the road will be available for use in the middle of December, 2010.
