Mr. Rosen Plevneliev attends a groundbreaking ceremony in Dobrich

The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Mr. Rosen Plevneliev is going to attend the groundbreaking ceremony, scheduled for today, of the second-class country road Dobrich – General Toshevo – Kardam – border of Republic of Romania. The reconstruction of the road section (15.839 km) is going to be part of the first phase of the National Operational Programme “Regional Development” 2007-2013. The construction/installation costs will be BGN 5,084,452, co-financed by the European Fund for Regional Development in the amount of BGN 4,321,784. The Assignee “Patno Stroitelstvo” AD Dobrich should finish the project in a 3.5-month period. Regent’s Property Advisors took part as one of the sponsors of BalREc - Investments and sustainable development conference, which took place on May 19th in Kempinski Hotel Zografski.

Mr. Stefan Kossev presented the company and his view of the current market situation in the panel: “Business estates: projects sustainable in crisis?”

The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Mr. Rosen Plevneliev, aslo participated in the conference and shared with the audience that usually after the second stage of the economic crisis - the depression - there comes the recovery.
