HISTORY

In the year of 2007, due to the new business potential offered by the expanding market, Division “Brokerage Services” of “Forton” was separated and transformed into a new company with the name “Regent’s Property Advisors”.

In the beginning, the company was part of the investment portfolio of AG Capital Holding, which is a leader on the real estate market in Bulgaria and is by far the biggest company dedicated to this business.

In February 2009, Regent’s was acquired by Mr. Stefan Kossev – one of the leading real estate and retail experts in Bulgaria.
