Regent’s Property Advisors is a real estate company that offers exclusive attendance and comprehensive solutions to its customers, mainly consisting of investors, landlords, and tenants. The company is operating in the segment of business and residential real estate.

For the deliverance of quality services, which the customers of Regent’s are expecting, the company has developed its own working “know-how” and is employing the best practices used in the real estate both abroad and in Bulgaria.

Most of the members currently employed in Regent’s Property Advisors have developed their professional experience in the field of real estate from the years that they have spent as part of “Address Real Estate” personnel. After the successful expansion of the “New Construction” segment in Sofia the team is becoming a part of the newly founded “Forton”- a Bulgarian pioneer specialized in the offering of comprehensive solutions in the business real estate field and part of the “Address” group.

HISTORY

In the year of 2007, due to the new business potential offered by the expanding market, Division “Brokerage Services” of “Forton” was separated and formed a new company by the name of Regent’s Property Advisors.

“Regent’s Property Advisors” was part of the investment portfolio of AG Capital Holding, which is a leader on the real estate market in Bulgaria and is by far the biggest company dedicated to this business.

In February 2009, Regent’s was acquired by Mr. Stefan Kossev – one of the leading real estate and retail experts in Bulgaria.
